Summary:
Monitor status of, review & approve product information into the PIM system. Includes acting as key contact for vendors, providing information to assist them with their completion of product information in InfoShare.
Act as an integral part of the process involved in adding items to the PIM System while validating /monitoring accuracy and completeness of information.
Work with management team to implement further master data management strategies company wide as related to product and product related information.
Work in tandem with PIM team counterparts and other internal teams to better improve processes, procedures and necessary steps related to centralizing, enriching and distributing all product information within the company.
Set up vendor portals for suppliers and products.

Review & approve product information into the PIM system.

Discusses the need for change in policies and procedures and identifies opportunities for improvement in current processes.
Internal & External Customers / Suppliers as well as Third Parties (i.e. include level or job title of customer relationship and the nature of the customer relationship management and service delivery)
May assist with training to educate internal teams on how to use and find product information in PIM.
Key contact for product vendors relative to the PIM/Infoshare system. Works with vendors to obtain product information necessary to execute the item records accurately & completely
People Leadership (i.e. staff management; accountability for hiring, coaching, training, conducting performance review, determining pay actions)
This position will not have any direct reports.
Business Strategy (if contributes to business strategy; is position responsible for defining, modifying or executing and is focus on long term (typically 3-5 years) or short- to mid-term (12-18 months))
This position will execute based on short- to mid-term business strategy defined by others in leadership roles in the Merchandising, Account Services and Business Operations departments.
## Qualifications
Basic /Minimium Requirements:
High School Diploma
Proficient with applicable software programs (Excel, Word).
Good oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent proofing skills
Preferred
Qualifications:
2-4 years relevant work experience
A desire or willingness to come forward with new ideas and suggestions to help move SPP forward and increase profitability.
Knowledge of promotional products industry.
Merchandising experience.
Understanding of SPP systems and how they interact.
Knowledge of decoration methods and pricing practices for wearables and hard goods
