The Human Resources Business Consultant provides strategic support and operational guidance to the manufacturing/production leadership team for Staples Promotional Products within Staples Advantage, including the following areas Performance Management (including Associate Success Plans improving associate performance , Performance Appraisals, Individual Development Plans) Associate Engagement Leadership coaching and change management Organizational effectiveness and workforce planning Non-exempt talent acquisition for manufacturing and production rolesSuccession Planning The Business Partner builds effective business relationships with lea ders and forms partnerships with the HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver value added services.
The HR COE's include:
Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Associate Relations and HR Shared Services.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Counsel leaders on proactive leadership and human resources strategies to lead and develop high performing teams Provide guidance on Performance Management intervention and execution Partner with leaders and oversee the rollout of major policies, procedures or initiatives in assigned business unit Analyze trends to proactively mitigate challenges within the business unit and maximize the productivity of associates Collaborate with HR COEs in the implementation of initiatives and projects to insure approach is in line with current business environment Provide leader coaching to facilitate competency and self-sufficiency in managing day to day Human Resources issues Coach, mentor, and develop a staff of 2-3, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
Oversee talent acquisition for non-exempt manufacturing and production roles.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
