Expeditor
To meet the promotional product needs of our customers in a courteous and professional manner by effectively managing and reporting special order follow-up tasks, including interactive communication with Special Order (SPO) vendors.
To support a team of SPO Reps by ensuring that orders are on cost, accurate and on time, thus reducing the time required by the SPO Reps.
To proactively identify SPO issues and assist SPO Reps in resolving order issues to deliver the best value and highest quality to the customer.
Responsibilities:
Follow up/Tasking on all orders on a daily basis.
To make sure the vendor received the PO, make sure they received the art, make sure they can meet the in hands date, and secure the tracking numbers.
Additional contact as needed Communicate to the Sales Coordinator any changes or problems received from the vendor.
Contact the vendors for any changes or problems received from the Sales coordinator Keep the Phoenix and LINC systems updated with the information obtained from Vendors.

Ship Date, Tracking numbers, invoice information (date and invoice number) and any additional information as requested Administrative duties as requested by supervisor.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
